Privacy & PDPA notice

1. Who we are

Adept Technology Pte Ltd (UEN 201924591R), registered at 60 Albert Street, #16-03, OG Albert Complex, Singapore 189969, is the organisation responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at enquiry@adepttechnology.com.

2. Data we collect

Enquiry data you provide through our forms, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company, work email, contact number, company size and what you tell us about your operations.

Client service data we process on your instructions when operating an AI Employee: business records, correspondence, accounting documents, candidate and employee information, and customer contact details.

Website data: basic technical information such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal; to deliver and supervise the services you engage us for; to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations; and to improve our own service quality.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your business data or documents to train publicly available AI models.

4. Our role when handling client data

When we operate an AI Employee, we act as a data intermediary processing personal data on your behalf and on your instructions. Our engagement includes a data processing agreement setting out purpose limitation, security obligations, sub-processors, retention and deletion.

You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share the personal data you instruct us to process, including consent for marketing messages.

5. Disclosure and sub-processors

We use a limited number of reputable technology sub-processors for cloud hosting, AI model inference, communications and analytics. We keep a current list available to clients on request and require confidentiality and security terms from each of them.

We may disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from an authority in Singapore.

6. Protection and retention

We apply access controls on a need-to-know basis, encryption in transit and at rest, activity logging, and periodic access reviews. Client workspaces are logically separated.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Client service data is retained for the period agreed in your contract, then deleted or returned.

7. Your rights

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep. Write to enquiry@adepttechnology.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies or local storage needed for the site to function, plus any privacy-respecting analytics we may enable. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services or obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
